Having grown up as a first-generation American in San Mateo to parents who migrated from Peru, Kaitlyn is fluent in English and Spanish, and is well-versed in all things related to the Bay Area and the Peninsula. She is an active member of SILVAR, SAMCAR the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors. Kaitlyn prioritizes understanding each of her clients’ specific needs and is able to contextualize and advise with the cumulative knowledge and experience of the Coldwell Team of realtors backing her up.
